Depends on what you mean by replastered did you just have it all skimmed,or was the existing taken back to brick was it floated or boarded etc

Age of house, wall construction etc. A lot of older houses often have shitty block work, with no proper bond to adjoining walls. Cracks to f**k.

My house looks same, chimney stack first floor, original 1950 plaster work shot after ground floor removal of fire place...
I’m guessing that is over skim on similar?
There was earthquakes a while back - I was on my bed and the house started vibrating, was in the afternoon?

Crack is crack, it’s all about tolerance. If you’re new to crack then weak crack can get you f**k*d up son. Covid enit, crack on!
