Is it dangerous to use out of date Thistle multi finish plaster on a double skin 5.3m x 4.7m ceiling, no pva prime one 2 mm coat?

Used it 2 days ago, will it hold its strength still, is there possibilities it could crack or fall down. It is due to be paint with mist coat 50/50 mix. And two coats of emulsion

normally if it goes on ok it will be ok as far as going out of date is concerned :D

Not sure if it will hold without the use of an agent though... whether that be PVA or not... you will just have to have your fingers crossed

When I was at the bg headquarters he reckoned it would still be OK a couple months out of date

You'd know if you'd put bad gear on the wall, trust me.

Yeah, think it causes some type of cancer. i'd check the manufacturer's instructions though. Better safe than sorry mate
