Set one up on word mate, if your stuck i can send you a template of mine, basic but does the job.

Yeah thanks lads its my boy he has downloaded 3 different apps for invoicing on his phone but all of them calculate the VAT and the company wont accept N/A in that column for some reason.

on my computer theres a templates section and i found a quotes sheet and invoice sheet, which i deleted the vat column on. i dnt know how i could send you a blank one to have a look at though.

In the Clarity Free there are options to print with or without VAT
