Hi I am a 62 year old painter did my apprenticeship with coal board housing back in the 70s.
During winter months i was seconded to work with our plasterers as a labourer.
Always loved to watch and they sometimes where quite happy for me to have a go while they picked out the horses from paper.
My question is i am currently renovating my daughters house just treated walls with chemical dpc and want to start rendering using sand and cement.do i have to get two coats on in the same day or can i go back to it after the scratch coat.not done any rendering before.
Any advice would be welcome
