internal and external angel trowels

Hi Folks

Just a question, I have trouble with my edges, everything else is spot on, but I send the majority of my time ensuring that my angles look good, has anyone got or have used the 90" angel trowels and if so does this make it easier to get the corners and sides flat?

Also regarding the external angle trowels, aren't these a waste of time as you'll have the angle beads on the external angles anyway?

do you brush your sides in that always makes them easier to work with

Are you doing to walls next to each other? If so try doing opposite walls so your working to a firm angle. If you need to use an internal angle trowel make sure you let the skimming pull in a little.

As for the external, had 1 myself, carried it round with me for approx 15 years, lost it and never replaced it having used it once!!!

We always use internal corner trowels, they are great but take a bit of getting used to.
