Insurance job quote help

Im just putting together a quote to renovate a bathroom from start to finish. The problem I am having is finding a price out that a plumber would charge for seeking and repairiung a leaking pipe underneath a shower tray. I know this is not neccesarily in anyone's field but if anyone had an idea what the price was if a plumber was charging top dollar rate to an insurance company what would it be

i know a plumber and SHE charges £50 callout and then £30 an hour plus matts

allow £250 to inc mats i suppose ... I always ream insurance companies so does everyone else
