Insulating internal walls

I've got sum internal walls to skim but these walls are the outer walls of the building ,which is best to insulate them ,buy plasterboard with insulation attached? or buy rolls of double insulation and attach batterns to fix them?these are 9inch but with no cavity hence insulate ,would 50mm insulate be sufficient ?

I would seen its solid fit, thermal insulation with a vapour shield

Knauf have their thermoshell system, and Bg's is based on isover, both have BBA for funded and GD installs

Have done a room out for a customer recently with 50mm insulation backed plasterboard dabbed and fixed.
Saw her yesterday and she told me her bedroom was a lot hotter now!
I did not know what to say?
Either the insulation works well or... I dread to think
