I’ve recently moved into a house about 3 months ago and I started noticing these lines in my walls when I touch them they feel like they are dipped if that makes sense. I’m no professional but I think they have something to do with the plaster boards any advice. Can just see them going according the ceiling from the grey walk towards the light.

the developer wants everything cheap. it then passes through a middleman, to someone who is trying to make a living .
you could caulk the joints out with Gyproc joint filler when you next decorate.

Yeah, same thought crossed my mind, but in the duplicate thread, @Nath80 spotted general gnarliness that appears (to me) to indicate bad skimming:
