How can I level newish plaster on reveals around patio doors ? Plaster looks like its dished?

I always look for alternative solutions for just such modern dilemmas


Remove the glazing bars and glass
Drill out the packers
Tighten the frame to match the dished reveal
Squirt in some foam
Reassemble before the wife comes home
