Hello Team

I need some help on my new pitched roof which has been insulated with insulation foam and skimmed two weeks ago, it’s leaking but what could it be ?
My builder said today that it could be a leak in a leaking pipe.

Please help ....Thank You

Leak in a leaking pipe......is that a double negative?

Looks like a problem. Sherlock says rule out all that you can and what you’re left with, however improbable, is the answer......

I’m guessing water has escaped from it’s confinement and has manifested as the damp patch visible.

Hope that helps.
