Just looking into repairing an lathe and plaster ceiling. Basis simple question which BG technical can't answer. What happens when you put multi thistle bonding on lime lathe and plaster.

Rip it down or overboard it once lathe and plaster ceilings start cracking or need repairing it’s losing its bond pointless repairing them

Usually goes in your eyes wrong stuff m8 carefully cut a square section out to nearest joists board and skim failing that get a plasterer

Laths will expand when wet, they then dry out and the plaster will move and crack With any movement
