should a newly plastered room be kept warm and sealed from the outside this time of year or should the window be left open to alow for air flow??????????

Bit of both, warm air carries moisture well, so ventilate and warm the room, just a little.

if its a cold empty house i just leave it if its a lived in house where the heating maybe switched on ill leave the window on the night latch

def keep a window open a little... just think about how much water you are putting on the walls...lol the condensation can be huge
