Let's get real, it would probably take 4/5 hard days 2 spreads to knock a house like that out.

Loading your tools in, chucking bags of gear about, beading, taping up, fetching water (which is usually a tap next to the canteen at other end of site, dropping back to snag the one you finished 2 weeks ago.

£860.00 / 2 is £430.00 a piece after tax about £350.00

They know what they are doing, somebody will take the bait.

Have you got there number GD

Two plasterers would piss it in a couple of days maybe one gauge on the third day whilst the other gets set up in the next but a load of Shite any the end of the day

If 2 plasterers would piss it, what's the problem, prices are great.

I used to do a 2 up 2 down townhouse on my own in a week, got £700 for each house, worked out at

Monday - large bedroom, upstairs cupboard
Tuesday - bathroom and 2nd bedroom
Wednesday - staircase
Thursday - living room, downstairs tolilet
Friday - kitchen, cupboard under stairs

Those in the picture look like 3/4 bed houses

Me and my part time pensioner of an old man just smashed 2 huge 3 bedders in 5 days not unlike the houses in that picture, and do so most weeks.

I turned down 5 bed detached house in rotherham d&d external walls and skim

£1400 if memory serves,

Don't all jump on me at once
