Just like it says on the tin, we are currently carrying out External Wall Insulation to properties in the North East of England under the Green Deal scheme. We presently have a lot of 2500+ properties from our funders, and receive between 100 and 200 additional properties per week.
We are currently working predominantly in the Middlesbrough area, however we are now moving up the coast to Hartlepool and East Durham.
We are looking for companies, gangs, and subbies familiar with the Parex, Wetherby, or SPS systems to carry out the works with various packages available;
Insulation Board & Render supply & fix
Insulation Board only supply & fix
Render only supply & fix.
We are also looking for 'handy men' on either a labour-only or supply & fit basis to provide enabling works such as moving rainwater down pipes, satellite dishes, etc prior to the rendering works commencing.
We put the scaffolding up, we deal with all permits, licences and Building Control.
