Getting back in to plastering

Any help would be great I haven't done plastering in about 7 years now but I really want to get back in to it again but I can not remember how long it should take to do a full room. I always do ceiling first get that out the way then if I'm right do a wall then the opposite wall next but I cant remember if I finish the ceiling first before I make any attempts on the walls and also would you do the ceiling and all the walls in one day depending on the size
