generator key

For some unknown reason the lad took the key out. First time since i owned it. Now he's lost it. How do I get a new one. Its a genset Briggs and Stratton

Can you not ring them mate ? to be honest i bet you could turn it with a small screwdriver ,i had one, great genny ,but my new one does have a pull start as well ,hope i dont need it !

Stu might still have the key to my old genny in it , they could all be the same

it does work with screw driver but its fcking the barrel up.

Ring Les Lord, he might have the answer. I dont think it will be a big job replacing that barrel.

No machines atm any way so not missing out on anything. Also its coming up for sale mid to end of march if anyone is interested. Just the jet though

Just do a Google search for a local Briggs and Stratton dealer you will get one easy enough
