Hi all my sisters bedroom ceiling above the garage in her house is cold . There's no insulation in the garage ceiling. Is there any regs I have to follow insulation wise. I re plasterboard it using fire resistant board. Thanks

What was origanal board?
Personally I would have insulated. And dbl board overlap has got to be best option if it was mine.
