Gangs needed for housing tac dab skim 2019

I have a number of housing contracts in the new year. We are looking for experienced housing gangs to work midland areas. Tackers dab/skim dab only skim only gangs required. Must have cscs minimum steel boots and hard hat hi vis vest supplied by us (branded). Best rates in the midlands I believe for housing contractors. Please email me at [email protected]

a: They won't put up with you leaving at 1 o'clock every day.
b: You won't be able to stomach the huge pay cut.
Can't you just bang the daily min and go? I'd take the pay cut just for the plot twist

Sites want people that are going to be productive, you don't think those firms like @algeeman for his charm, whitt and intellect do you?
£650 for tiny little plots at the minute skimmed in 6 hits.
2 a week.
Taper and a fella boarding with gang are top earners on this firm on over £2000 every week.
Plenty of money in new build.

In the grand scheme of things though its still s**t money pro rata int it mate.

Our new build was over 300k, big detach double garage etc and i know the lads well that are on our estate and i know what they got paid to board & skim.

That said its like everything in this game being organised and good run of works ready to go changes your earning capacity if efficent.

Simetimes were victims if our own success because sone of us can drop houses in a couple if days makes it the new benchmark with wages to suit.

I was getting same prices in 2000 as been offered in 2018, something still not right there!

Money stays at the top.
Earn too much get taxed to f**k.
You need lads earning for ya ...that way there paying your tax bills....you have a better luxury of life......

My brother's running around different firms trying to up his rates.
I've told him he's wasting his time.
All he gets promised is a run of work.
Great spread aswell.
There's loads of lads out there still taking 6 days in a plot worth £650 ....scandolous mate.
£4 a metre on a badly run firm isn't worth the headache (y)(y)

@zombie ....the 2 sites I'm on we've been switched on the social houses ......there's that many stock houses sitting here not selling due to the competion from other house builders in the area.
We should be on double rates I 100% agree... but it won't ever happen because of this + the rising price of land etc.
Share holders who own these housing building firms are where the problem begins.

City centre sites have strict completion dates....you usaully get a higher rate.
It's ok for lads living in that city but fuuck traveling in and out of them nowadays....(y)(y)(y)

Prices will never go up while there are people willing to push themselves to make the shite rates pay. And that's no dig mate. Maybe the lads taking six days rather than six moves in one of those plots are nearer to a realistic working day than you mate? Probably somewhere between the two would be right?

You could say the for any business....
Weather it's fitting more people into an plane and getting them Thier quicker.....to the Japanese knocking out cars quicker and selling them cheaper.
Even the fishing and farming industries are run the same.

Plots are getting 2nd fixed in a day now.
Sites labourers are a rare thing ...it's machines and tools doing the job.
The working world changed years ago....the population exploded everything is about numbers.
If lads skimming these plots slowed down they would simply get rid of us and tape them.
