Good on you rich. Change is as good as a rest and all that. As long as youre still making money on the render you could run the two side by side maybe. Hire a manager for the render while you project manage the build.

The problem is no one works as hard as you do or has the same ethos, so it's difficult to find that right man, plus there's no way I could send a fella out to meet developers etc it wouldn't work.
