Me and British Gypsum would like to invite you to a training day where you will be able to see first hand how spray plastering works but not only that you will get the opportunity to have a go at spray plastering.


We will then take you down the mine where you can see how plaster is mined and manufactured, this is a fantastic opportunity to spend time with the experts at British Gypsum.


British Gypsum expect this to be a very full day but a completely unique experience. You will learn the facts about spray plastering and plaster in general, straight from the UK leading manufacturer.


British Gypsum will be providing refreshments throughout the day to ensure that you guys have the best possible day and enjoy a fascinating look behind the scenes.


This opportunity is only open to 4 members at this time due to health and safety in the mine but depending on the demand we will consider more days :-)


If you are interested in taking part in this day out then please drop me a private message and all names will go into a hat and 4 will be picked out at random. The event will be held at British Gypsum's factory in East Leake, which is near Loughborough, Leicestershire.

THis is a strainge post, anyone would think this Danny is involved with BG?! The fact that any one can call up and arrange a full spray demo your selfs makes this price worthless! Someones talking rubbish here.

Danny i think things like this are great for the forum to be involved in. Well done for setting this up. Wish i was closer would love to see the mine.
 
Yes we are involved with BG They are sponsors Of The Plasterers Forum

No rubbish spoken here as the opening post has been approved by BG and I have been in constant contact with BG for a good few weeks now

Going down the mine is not something everybody can do....

i would love to do that some day its time they gave something back when i think of the thousands of bags of skim i used and never even got a x mas card from them well done dan

Ok Andy.. we got 80m2 mono on Monday.. You spray with my lads and i'll go. deal ?? and you dont ned to start till 12 as we scrape next day..
