all depends on the job for me mate, 75mm in newbuild, if its a big job i'd readymix it 12 hour r******d, then all the labourers gotta do is barrow it..
then all about how fast you can get it down..
should be able to an average ground floor a day bout 50 square, bout 400 quid + materials

get it flat!
just incase the buggers ask you to tile it next week... ;
