I have a job coming up soon to tile 40sq Mtrs of the floor (concrete) but I have to remove the old tiles first. Has anyone ever used any specialist/power tools to do this? I have seen a tool advertised in HSS with a wide blade fitted to a pneumatic type of drill has anyone ever used one of these? I have a DIY heavy-duty drill will pneumatic hammer action and a 1-inch wide-bladed tool. Will this do the job. ??

You could grind them off with 4" disc

Lump hammer and bolster and don't be afraid to whack em ! Use your drill chisel to tidy up. I use 4" or 3" bolster chisel in my Bosch breaker gun to rip through em quickly.

A more up to date method would be to use a 100mm or 75mm bolster chisel.

Took 100m up the other week just with a bog standard small breaker and wide chisel.

Poor f**k*r at the tile shop laid the wrong grain tiles. Yer man said they were too rough and were wearing his kids socks out so up they came to be replaced.

Cost him £7k
