It's a new site but there is a faq section telling what could be the problem (like new house so not added yet) and you can report if address is missing.

The only people who have my address on their data base is Barclays Bank , DVLA and HMRC

That shows you the number on every house on the paper A-Z? That's the clever bit. Driving up and down looking for numbers on houses in the dark has done my nut. I hope this new map will help now
