Nice job we are doing at the moment. This is airless finish, airless surfacer primer with one coat of paint. all sprayed

Nice job.
Just a question, I guess airless is a lot quicker and can be painted earlier but does the time it takes to tape and fill then go over it work out the same as multi sprayed?
Does the airless finish up easier and less trowelling than multi?
 
Good question that, we were asked a few weeks back if we'd be interested in starting to use airless but im concerned you'd need too much area ready for the benefits to be big?

I can imagine it's a lot cleaner than multi but yea big areas would be a benefit wouldn't it as it seems more time is needed to prep properly.

Yer you do want big areas but you get them so it's all good
 
No, most of the work is in the taping prep


Spraying the plaster and giving a trowel is the easy bit.
