I currently have a compartment upright on one side of the van which I slide plasterboards into straight from trolley nice a easy when raining. Even a strip of fascia board to slide board in and out. Works well but reduces space in the van.
Problem with this is weight on one side of van too.

how have you guys built your false floors? Two scaffold boards on side 1250mm with cross beams and plywood ontop?

thanks
Matt

Buy a crewcab tipper take the back seats out tools in there forklift everything else in and out of the back quick as f**k make sure it’s wrapped up at merchants lovely job

Got mine racked out on one side with a shelf across that can take out, get about 23 8x4’s under that flat. Most the time leave the shelf out as only carrying skim and tools

Plywood is a popular choice for residential and light-duty construction and is made from thin sheets of veneer that have been peeled from debarked wood.
