Funny, I have seen the same compressor on your PFT page with the words 'just not good enough' I think was right.
With regards to getting all sarcastic about special green air etc.
They are calibrated and so is the machine to suit each other. You couldn't just buy any old air comp and plug and play to allow the machine to perform to its optimum level
The wrong one, the wrong calibration will cause the customer an issue. We sell the machines, make the air compressors also and know what we are talking about.

Yeah mike you can, just turn ur air up or down on the regulator tap on any compressor until its callibrated

To be honest I'm not too sure as I can't see any of the gauges anymore.

It's your fault ian with your acid cleaning tips!
I can now say that brick acid is not good for cleaning gauges.

i tried that on my first ritmo then it wasn't shiny anymore so i bought another one lol
Currier. You can replace the guage on ur pressure tester tap as for the main mortar pressure guage, try loosening the larger bolt that connects it to the materials outlet.
You should be able to remove the whole guage. It may drop down to zero after its removed or you could try cleaning it
If it doesn't work just replace the whole unit. We all stock the original parts

Try this stuff I've used it loads to clean my pump its awesome removes render from window frames or anything without damaging paint or causing rust!
