External rendering advise

Hi,
I need some advise on external rendering. I am looking for smooth finish or thin glittering.
Which is better Monocouche or krend?
The rendering can only be done up to the damp course. There would be some bricks left at the end. What can we put on there?

Top wall is 1900. Borrom is a porch lower and side is only 20 years old.

Monocouche is a type of rendering.
Krend is a manufacturer of renders.
