Just a quick question on window cillsin EWI systems,, I was walking past an old house which has just had a EWI make over, looked finished and the next thing I saw was a lad chopping and out bits of poly and dash and putting in upvc window cills, I thought that the cills would be one of the first things you would sort out to seal them up and stop any damp getting in that way , so is this normal putting cills in last. thanks
