Hi all you re defers and ewi people.

just read on a proprty forum you can get a grant of upto 80% towards getting ewi on a property.

Are there any pitfalls or questions I should be asking as my elderly uncle fancies gettin this done as long as the price is right.

also if the grant is a genuine 80% discount how much would you expect to be paying for a three beds semi in the north west..
