done a job for a builder today.an extention above a garage.he used 8/2 s steel lath sheets.it was only 45 m2 and we used 10 bags cement/5 lime for the scratch coat!!!on block work it would normally be around 4 cement/2 lime.are you mean`t to use some kind of building paper behind the metal?he did`nt so most of the gear went through the metal.
