how is the best way to use this product ,just been offer a patching contract and they specify this product just whats the method cheers
 
Very quickly. It actually sets in 10-15 minutes. If you have to fill to any depth, it takes quite a while to dry thoroughly. It retains moisture, possibly because of the binders in it that make it suitable for using over paint etc.

how long before i can sand down ?
 
does it set faster on more porous backgrounds or don't it make a difference ?
Here's a clue. It's called Easifill 20. It will set in that time, or probably less, whether it is applied to plaster, plaster board, timber, or moulded into a butt plug.

got ya :) so can be sanded down after that ,just used to bonding and skimming
