Ok ......"I has a dream to plaster a beam but the board fell off and it made me scream, so i went on the plasterers forum to get some advice ,the peeps were very nice ,bonding coat or bonding compound i all confused and it makes ma head spin around ,so many different ways my mind is in a haze ........fock da police. Sectioning yourself would be a good start....

If allowed, fix eml (wire lath) to underside either tying with wire through holes or grab hilti nail gun and bang few fixings in when no one's looking.
Then give tight coat bonding, scratch, straighten and finish.
