Dot and dab moisture boards to pre fab building?

Hi all,

I have an old prefab sectional concrete garage which I'm wanting to dot and dab with moisture proof boards.

Question is, will the adhesive have some slight flex as there will be slight movement every now and then when doors are slammed etc.

Regardless will be full of mould in 6 months imo
