I am having my dry lined house skimmed on a £ per sq meter rate,should I be paying sq meter rate for for internal doorways .I understand paying for external doorways and windows as there's beading and reveals to do but there's nothing to do to internal doorways. Thanks

@Garyrs200 I bet your frames aren't correctly set up to allow a 2mm skim and I bet you would like your door frames washed as they're plastered?

Takes as long to go round em then straight across so shouldn't be taken out

Bi folds are the worst of the lot. Pain to stick the heads and the face over the steels and spend time and money covering them up.

I have a solution. Tell your spread that it upsets you having to pay for doorways and could he please take these out of the measure and just up his SQM rate to allow for them.
There, you'll both be happy now.

What you wanna do is measure every single doorway in your house add them all together calculate it to the sqm,then calculate how much extra it’s costing you by the sqm rate the spread has given you once you have your figure draw the cash out the bank get the lube out the wife’s knicker draw roll the cash into a bundle apply a generous blob of lube on the cash and then proceed to insert it into your tight arse
