My advice is don't waste your money on one.

there an amazing bit of kit
for shaping bonding kite winders etc

usefull for flattening skim in under 5 degrees mate

hard plastic takes bisters out of skim used at the right time



as for finishing waste of time

Delehedy one is decent, cross between rubber and plastic, used for the final rub over.
get a separate trowel for it, stainless one
