Damp under bay window joins

Hi all,
First time I am posting so excuse my ignorance
If someone can help me with the following, it'd be greatly appreciated
I have recently remedied a penetrating damp issue under my bay window. Water had been driven through the incorrectly installed lead flashing under window into my property when we get a rainfall.
I am now moving onto repairing the blown internal plaster this issue has caused&was wondering if someone can point out if the black thing under my window is lead flashing in the pictures. If it is, can you recommend a suitable filler that would be compatible with the substrate as I was going to use toupret tx110.
Thank you
