How do folks
Been to look at a job today they have got damp on an old extension single skin brick with render on the out side.
The render is in the house next doors garden and caries down the party brick wall and its down to ground level. I will be removing the lower section and fixing a bead,
However the the levels of next door are higher, Ive removed a section of the wall and its clear there have been atemps to solve the damp in the past with a injected DPC obviously this has faild and will cary on doing so while the levels are higher this canot be changed as its a concrete drive, So thinking tanking is the only way
Walls only 3ft wide damps up to about 1400 what would you sugest
Thanks
