When filling in joints and mitres, I use a plastic trade type card. As flexible as a busk and free. If you're doing a joint where both don't match, blend in both lengths by laying on adhesive over both coves and blend in with a card. When appling adhesive bend the card like you were lifting a playing. Don't add water to coving, just clean card each stroke. Beutiful
