Concrete flooring in the entertainment room?

Hi folks;


Long time lurker, infrequent poster


Was hoping someone out there could help me with a decision for my media room in my new home ( not built yet). room is pretty much rectangular ( 21x28). going top use it to entertain, 5 theater seats, Projector, pool table, dart board etc.


I'd really love to do the floor as heated stamped concrete, I was wondering if anyone has any opinions on this. I'm leery the room will brighten up too much. would textured concrete make a difference over polished?

Microcement would be the best option and various finishes can be achieved.Ive sent you a DM.

Did this bar/ pool room in a bronze microcement colour floor.It wasn't over polished and gave a nice effect.Bar was wrapped in a leather but didn't get back for pics.
