Cleaning render stains

Hi fellas, recently got my house rendered and also a wall on my outbuilding, the house looks oerfect but the wall on the outbuilding has got streak like stains down already, i think its due to the rain dripping down off the roof as there isnt any overhang on the felt. Any suggestions how i can clean it off and also prevent then coming back? Can i power wash it off on a gentle power? The rendering was only done 4 days ago

I've been asked to look at cleaning a number of walls with a red staining (see pics), the surface is rendered (K-Rend I'm told) and looks like the stain is bleeding through from below the surface. Any ideas : A) what it might be ? (salts/rust/pollution/weird algae??? ;-) B) suggested approach to clean off? I know K-rend is tricky to clean but any of you guys seen or treated this before? Any ideas? I've been asked to look at cleaning a number of walls with a red staining (see pics), the surface is rendered (K-Rend I'm told) and looks like the stain is bleeding through from below the surface. What pic?

Red algae is a thing alright...easy to remove. Just buy red algae remover.

That will be one guinea please.
