Ive just gotten a new clamp rotor and stator and have so far put 3 pallets of plain render through it and have noticed the bottom 2 turns have started to flatten off already and the stator is chewed up.the bolts have been loose but the rotor kept dropping through the stator so we tightened them just so the spring washers were flat and sorted that out.ive got a pump tester and it pumps up to 20 bar then when i turn the machine off it drops to about 4 bar.havnt got any training available out here so any advise would be appreciated.also are the clamps better than standard b4?
cheers cam

cheers blones it did hold 6 bar but only a few times i was wondering if it was because its chewed the stator up a bit so when it stops in a certain spot it leaks?do i tighten the bolts till it does hold ,its brand new too

hi camnz if your mortor pressure gauge is not working like you told me then you dont know what your back pressure is there for you could be spraying more than 20 bar meaning your gear could be way to thick ..This could have caused your damage to the stator so please fix your pressure gauge remember it like driving a car with no speedo your just guessing.

cheers technoman I've got a new one on the way out here so should have it all sorted by next week also got the non return valve for the water pump so will have a play with that also
