i used to use one of those years back, for sites only with flat big areas,its worn in a treat! i tryed using on domestic jobs but walls are never flat and its hard work! you end up showing up all the hollows everywhere.
 
I like the spinning thing he does at the end.

that was the first thing that we learned when we where apprentices.
you must use the heel of the trowel, to spin the hawk. it will not spin if you use the toe of the trowel.
