Can you help identify this plaster?

Hi, Hope you can help. I foolishly decided to start removing the wallpaper in my Victorian house (ignorance was bliss).
Looks at some point the mortar has come away away and waters been coming in through the window sill so the wall has now blown.

So basically my question is, what type of plaster is this? I'm guessing some sort of lime but I'm not a plasterer.

Hack a bit off it ither lime or sand cement. That white stuff salt from water coming in I think. If it a cocaine wall I'd report it to cops before you get in to trouble
