When you reply to a message, just above all the expression heads, theres 2 rows of square boxes - top row, 3rd one in is the "Insert Image" box, click on that and you'll get a couple of image tags - then all you need to do is type the location of where the image has been hosted in between the two image tags and waala, there you have it!
