How much S&C to knock up for blocking up a doorway in blockwork both sides with a cavity.

Also would you go with 50mm soft insulation or Kingspan.

I hate Sundays!!!

Two mixes at 4 to 1
Each mix 12 x 4 shovels
Solid insulation

There's only a yorkshireman would be spending his Sunday sweating about whether he needs two mixes of cement or he could get away with one and a half.

Bag of cement and probably about 4 plastic bags of sand and a few starter and cavity ties
