Brown staining turn to holes

Hi all, just wondering if anyone can give advice on this concrete screed floor.

Small brown stains are appearing in places on the surface less than a month after being finished. Some of the stains are now turning into holes.

Live in Malaysia so it's a humid climate but the floor doesn't feel damp or anything and it's a unit above ground level.

Is this something to be concerned about? Any way to fix this or prevent more stains/holes from appearing?

Cheers!

Own up who s**t on the floor

Thanks for the replies folks, informative and hilarious in equal measures!

We just moved in to this unit so only starting to notice potential issues. Last night there was a damp smell and a lot of moisture, could this be from the floor?

Here's a few more photos to give a better idea. Is this a badly sealed floor? How long should it take for concrete to completely dry in humid climate? Anyway to remove the moisture?

Cheers!
