Reports of boards being out of square
@knauf @bg @Danny
What's your tolerance , I would expect >1mm on a 2.4m board

Fake news ? , everything has tolerances , eg bleach kills 99℅
Your mixed up with physical tolerance and being tolerated lol
bleach kills 100% but cannot be proven due to new germs accumulating so quickly

Hi there

All Gypsum boards are manufactured to the same standards in the UK.... BS : EN something.... among loads of other performance tolerances and standards, this confirms board size tolerances

If you have a board that you believe is out of tolerance, the first thing you should do is get in touch with wherever your purchased the product and raise it with them, they are who you paid your money to.....

By all means give the technical team at your board supplier of choice a call and get more assistance, they will confirm the standards and tolerances, if you want....

Good luck

It's ok for you, your a thick plasterer, try being a plasterer with a brain it's a curse.
