I've used Bond-IT that's a year out of date and it's been absolutely fine (once I could get it mixed back up again).

Thats whats in van thistle bond it. Though i thinkits 2015 lol. Found it in shed

As long as it hasn't set it should be OK. Better still, go and dab some on an offcut of board or something. If it is set OK tomorrow, you're good to go.
If it comes out of the tub like a big lollipop on your mixing stick...maybe not
