As the title said,
I had a problem with both my Midget flex totally coming away at the shank and14" starting to come away. Fair play to Ryan he sent me new towels by return post. Can't fault his service as it's first class.

Agree with what you said on the problems mate. Its a very new thing and teething problems are going to happen. Luckily NELA are a great company to work with and they have changed the bonding and this has been resolved. Unfortunately NELA never saw it coming and they are taking it up with the supplier.

It's very weak considering its German engineering ,I thought Nela were designed before refinas s*p*r*lex , great customer service, I hope it is sorted now for ryan ..
Nice reply Ryan - 100% honesty is always the way, respect.
I have to say on the flip side any plasterer that doesn't try these tools even if to decide there not for them is a fool for how little they cost and how hard the job is.
I use a speeskim every day and wouldn't be without it especialy on lids probabley the best money ive ever spent. Likewise I use a plastic trowel every now and then and still after 3ys of using 1 cant decide if I actulay like or need!
I think what people have to realise though is that these things are never going to be a tool for life as we come to expect of our workhorse trowels subject to accidents. Anyone who looks at any plazi/flex trowel and doesn't expect to have to buy a new in a couple of yrs is having themselves on!
My eze has a flat tyre can you do your best to come and pump it up. Please.
