Ahhh siripite, those were the days........we used to the lime trick as well.....I also seem to remember that if you mixed up the Siri, let it stand abit and then went at it again, it r******d the chemical set and you had to wait for an air set.....you could put on an aircraft hangar and look a hero......all with a diddly little trowel too.

there was a local gang who mixed the sirapite in a cement mixer, it killed the set , they would lay the whole house on and trowel up next day.
